Angry Pill Man Backstory - (Condensed version

In a laboratory studying a HIN1 vaccine four workers had no clue they were about to unleash a terrible virus upon the world. The virus they created is either inhaled or transferred by biting or attacking people. The virus changes peoples minds into demonic creatures capable of destruction. These monsters eventually destroyed nearly every trace of humanity. The survivors kept hidden taking to underground bunkers. Only two of the scientists studying that virus survived and they continued studying a cure for the virus they created., The monsters began to form tribes and proved to be highly intelligent as they organised and rampaged throughout what was left of our civilization. The monsters eventually found the research lab in which the surviving scientists were studying the cure. The monsters being led by the swine lord got into a struggle with the scientists and eventually the research specimen was contaminated and spilt onto the scientists arm. A cry of pain was heard and his skin began to transform and take a new shape. The sample the scientists were working with contained high levels of morphine and a new compound they were working with. The scientist began feeling a strange power within his body and he somehow managed to overpower the swine by using his new found strength. Soon after the scientist began feeling strange once again and the arm which the chemicals touched began feeling cold and different. Blood stopped reaching the veins of his arms and a few metallic texture was being seen. The scientist was disturbed at the sight of his own arm transforming but when the transformation finished he knew his new role. The scientist began to call himself by a new name and from that day on Angry Pill Man has been shooting his morphine altered powers at the infected swine in hopes to one day restore our society and put an end to the infestation.

Most of my time was spent blending colors into the backgrounds, I'll probably end up reposting this with better lit pictures since the background's details dont really show up properly...

Create your own Sketch Book!

I had to create my own sketchbook in sketching for communications last week. Here are the materials and steps needed in order to make your own.

Materials:
  • Elmer's white glue

  • Card stock 2-4 pieces

  • Paper 50+ pieces

  • cardboard

  • Scissors

  • Design Accessories (pencils, paint, construction paper etc)

  • Heavy Book.

How Its done:

  1. Cut all your paper in half (including cardstock)

  2. Cut a small piece of cardboard to go around the edge of your book. This will be the spine.

  3. Aline all of your paper & place the cardstock on the front & back of your book.

  4. glue the paper where you'd like to place the spine then apply the cardboard over top of the glue.

  5. Place a heavy book on top of your drying sketchbook and wait till it dries.

  6. Once your book is in one piece you can begin designing your sketchbook and make it look however you please!
